Here’s what we'll provide:
- Fill up this form
- We’ll either visit your office or schedule a video consultation to discuss your green needs further and evaluate the overall space.
- Receive a custom proposal with pricing for plants and their upkeep.
- Once the proposal is accepted, and payment is processed, we will initiate the arrangement of your plant setup.
- We’ll handle the paperwork to meet your building’s requirements before delivery.
- We’ll deliver and set up your plants at a time that suits you.
- A dedicated maintenance person will be assigned to care for your plants on the agreed-on day of the week between 9 am and 5 pm.
Plant Maintenance Services
WATERING 🚰
We’ll regularly supply your plants with water, keeping them healthy & vibrant.
CLEANING 🧽
We’ll ensure plants and pots are free of dust, and we’ll promptly remove any fallen leaves, keeping the soil free of debris, so your plants always maintain a clean and professional appearance.
TRIMMING ✂️
We’ll trim your plants’ leaves and branches properly & safely so they always maintain a fresh, well-manicured appearance.
FERTILIZING 💊
Plants need vitamins too! Which is why we will fertilize your plants to make sure they stay happy & healthy.
REPLACING ♻️
My City Plants is fully responsible for plants that were purchased from My City Plants and are under our care from the start.
If for some reason plants don’t look good or die, they will be replaced as soon as possible at no additional cost.
**We may charge a replacement fee if plants were not purchased from My City Plants or were under another company’s or client’s care.
